SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
The logistics warehouse is based in IZOLA, a small town on the Slovenian coast.
We cooperate with leading European and international transporters on a daily basis to ensure express and safe deliveries anywhere in the world.
All offers made by Dhg are without obligation, unless specifically requested. Once the order has been completed, you will receive an email in your inbox with the photo listing and all the real arrivals. You will then be contacted by our office to agree on order confirmation, delivery date and the most suitable payment method.
Dhg strives to respect the indicated delivery times as much as possible, as the arrival dates of the products are always approximate. Therefore, delivery dates can never be considered as a time limit.
From the moment the goods arrive in your warehouse or remain in stock due to you, the risk of the articles is transferred to the customer. The customer will be charged for the consequences and payment of the storage and any return.
Free delivery for orders over EUR 1500 throughout Europe, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Any complaints shall be reported and documented (with photos) by email no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods, under penalty of forfeiture of the customer's rights.
If the customer has not verified the correctness of the order received and has not submitted a written complaint within 10 days, everything shall be deemed to be in order.
The return is free of charge only if the necessary documentation is submitted no later than 10 days after receipt and it is mandatory to send the goods back to the sender within 30 days, otherwise you will be charged for the freight.
